A simple test: if a person copies data from one screen to another, or sorts the same messages every morning, software can do the first pass. If the job happens fewer than a few times a month, it will not pay for itself.

For work with a legal, financial or medical result, the design is different: the software prepares the work, and a qualified person approves it.
No. Each tool runs on a schedule and puts the result where you already work: the drafts folder, a shared spreadsheet, or the system you use every day.
You get written instructions in plain English and a walkthrough at handover. If something needs your attention, the software tells you what to do.
No. The software gives information and does automatic tasks. It is not tax advice and it is not legal advice.
Software can prepare a return, sort the records or draft a letter. A qualified accountant or lawyer must check the result and take the decision.
